when you arrive & leave
- Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking. Many of our customers have nervous or reactive dogs and vehicles arriving may upset or disturb their session
- Once the previous customer has exited the secure car park, field or all-weather arena, please drive in and close the gate behind you before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle or walking your dogs on a lead into the field
- Please allow enough time at the end of your session (approximately 5-10 minutes depending on how many dogs you have) for you to get your dog(s) into your vehicle and exit the car park, field or all-weather arena so that the next customer can enter on time. PLEASE NOTE if the customer in the field before you is late exiting and this impacts on your session please email the details to info@thedogspaddocks.co.uk and we will investigate. Please DO NOT extend your session to make up for any lost time as this will affect other customers for the rest of the day
- Dogs must be on a lead when not in the secure field
- Please do not enter the field if the previous customer is still in there
- Your dog(s) must remain in your vehicle until the previous customer's vehicle has exited the secure car-park, field or all-weather arena

- You are responsible for your dog(s) and any others you bring with you
- Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended whilst they are in the field
- Please be mindful of our neighbours and do not shout or allow your dogs to bark excessively
- Please do not allow your dogs to dig holes or damage our equipment (PLEASE NOTE if damage does occur please kindly email the details to info@thedogspaddocks.co.uk so that our rangers or maintenance team can attend to it)
